Area Athletes Named to 9-Man All State Football Team

The 2023 Minnesota 9-Man Football All State Team has been announced.  The team was selected by the 9-man Football Coaches in the State of Minnesota.  Area athletes selected include Kale Rich from Underwood as an offensive lineman and Mason Dalluge of Ottertail Central as a wide receiver on offense.  Defensive selections include linebacker Chase Evink of Hancock, Ottertail Central linebacker Lane Dilly, and defensive backs Jaden Schulke of Verndale and Brody Nachbor of Border West.  Shawn Schmitz of Verndale was an Honorable Mention selection.
