Ellie Dague scored her 2000th career point, finishing with 32 points and leading the Henning girls’ basketball team to an 81-31 victory over Wadena-Deer Creek.

"It’s an amazing feat when you consider the fact that she has missed 31 career games due to injury,” said Henning Head Coach Mike Hepola.  “This was a great team effort and win.”

Megan Weber and Kylie Frederick also finished in double figures with 17 and 10 points, respectively.

Wadena-Deer Creek was led by Summer Pettit and Lauryn Gravelle with 7 points each.

Henning (8-1) will host Underwood on Saturday afternoon at 3:00pm.
Wadena-Deer Creek (4-6) will host Pillager on Tuesday night.
